1. Object

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of e-commerce tools, SEO services, and digital strategy consulting provided by Lounasy LLC. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services & Pricing

Lounasy LLC offers three main tiers:

• Starter Plan: $49/month (SEO & basic tools).
• Expert Plan: €149/month (Advanced strategy & full optimization).
• Custom Plan: Pricing based on a specific quote for bespoke tool development.

3. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed monthly via secure third-party providers. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of access to the Member Area.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our turnkey tools and services, all sales are final once the service has been accessed or initiated. Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their dashboard to prevent future billing.

5. Liability

Lounasy LLC provides tools and expertise but cannot guarantee specific sales figures or search engine rankings, as these depend on external market factors.
